Lakeridge Dentistry website concepts

Three directions built on the same practice facts, pages, and components. They differ in what a visitor meets first and how they reach a request or phone call. All palettes and type are provisional.

Presenter rationale, content register, and handoff

Concept A

Familiar, Modern Family Care

Strategic idea
Lead with the people, the neighbourhood, and reassurance about a first visit.
Visitor emphasis
Families and people who have been away from the dentist and want to feel welcome first.
Homepage order
  1. 1. Opening
  2. 2. Dentists
  3. 3. Why Lakeridge
  4. 4. Pathways
  5. 5. First visit
  6. 6. Trust
  7. 7. Questions
  8. 8. Location
Pathway coverage
Family, emergency, implants, and CDCP shown as cards after the team introduction.
Intended benefit
Builds personal trust early, which suits nervous or returning patients.
Tradeoff
Depends heavily on authentic team photography. Emergency visitors scroll further for the pathway cards (header phone remains).
Content gaps
Approved dentist photos and a short approved welcome from the owners.
Visual treatment
Fraunces and Nunito Sans, botanical green, centred photo opening and paired portrait cards.

Concept B

Clear Pathways, Easy Next Step

Strategic idea
Ask what the visitor needs, then route them to the right next step in one move.
Visitor emphasis
Visitors with a specific task: urgent pain, booking a family checkup, or a coverage question.
Homepage order
  1. 1. Emergency strip
  2. 2. Opening
  3. 3. First visit
  4. 4. Dentists
  5. 5. Why Lakeridge
  6. 6. Questions
  7. 7. Trust
  8. 8. Location
Pathway coverage
All four pathways appear inside the opening, with an emergency phone strip above it.
Intended benefit
Shortest route from arrival to request or phone call. Easiest to scan on a phone.
Tradeoff
A more direct, task-led design. The carousel needs accessible controls and restrained movement.
Content gaps
Confirmed emergency availability wording and approved phone activation.
Visual treatment
Public Sans, crisp white and ocean blue, photo carousel with dot indicators and compact horizontal team cards.

Concept C

Confidence in Your Next Visit

Strategic idea
Explain treatment options and what a consultation involves before asking for a decision.
Visitor emphasis
Visitors researching a specific treatment such as implants, crowns, or aligners.
Homepage order
  1. 1. Opening
  2. 2. Treatment explainer
  3. 3. Dentists
  4. 4. First visit
  5. 5. Pathways
  6. 6. Questions
  7. 7. Why Lakeridge
  8. 8. Trust
  9. 9. Location
Pathway coverage
Treatment explainer first, then family, emergency, and CDCP routes as a dedicated strip.
Intended benefit
Answers treatment questions up front and frames the consultation clearly.
Tradeoff
Longer reading path. Relies on approved provider details for each service.
Content gaps
Implant provider and referral process, CDCP participation, treatment photography.
Visual treatment
Newsreader and IBM Plex Sans, white with plum and sage accents, split-screen opening and editorial portrait rows.
